Galeria Sandecja in Nowy Sącz, Poland, is set to undergo a transformation under new ownership by Focus Estate Fund, with the introduction of five new tenants — Sinsay, Kodano Optyk, Pepegi, 4444 and Fun Factory.
Sinsay, a rapidly growing Polish retail chain, is set to open its doors in early November 2024. Spanning approximately 700 m², this new location will feature a wide selection of the latest fashion trends at attractive prices for women, men, and children. In addition to clothing, Sinsay will offer products from its home furnishings line, as well as makeup and skincare cosmetics, making it a versatile shopping destination for a broad range of customers.
Kodano Optyk and Pepegi stores, which significantly enrich the mall’s offer, have already opened for customers. Kodano Optyk, the brand’s first store in the city, occupies an area of 68.77 m² and offers a wide selection of prescription glasses, and soon also contact lenses. Pepegi, with an area of 192 m², offers a wide selection of branded PREMIUM clothing, footwear, and accessories at affordable prices. Pepegi is the perfect place for those looking for stylish, high-quality products.
4444, a multibrand shop occupying an area of approximately 77 m², offers carefully selected, unique models from Polish and foreign premium brands. It offers a wide range of clothing and accessories to create both every day and special occasion looks.
Fun Factory, is an interactive entertainment hub covering 26.90 m². This family-friendly arcade offers a range of popular games, promising engaging experiences for both children and adults.
The new tenants complement the diverse range of key brands already present at Galeria Sandecja, such as H&M, New Yorker, Douglas, Deichmann, Wojas, and CCC.
