More than 20 years of work experience in management positions in the central bodies of the state executive power and in the state industrial enterprise. Svitlana has also worked in public organizations in the field of technical regulation and consumer policy. Received a bachelor’s degree in the field of management of foreign economic activity at the Khmelnytskyi University “Podillia” faculty of Engineering and Economics and a master’s degree in international management at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (with honors).
