Artem Semeniuk

Co-CFO

Artem Semeniuk is a Co-CFO at Focus Estate Management with over 20 years of experience in finance, investments, and corporate management. He has held senior positions in major corporations and family offices, including serving as CEO and CFO of Gerz Holding, where he led international projects across EMEA region. He also headed the financial division of Soyuz-Victan, managing central treasury operations and overseeing debt financing. His expertise includes M&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial reporting for structures in Luxembourg and Cyprus. Artem holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and is a qualified business consultant in Germany (Beratender Betriebswirt, §18 EStG). At Focus Estate Management, he is responsible for financial operations, international reporting, and the development of financial functions.
