Trendy Sinsay Arrives to Eden

The leading Polish fashion brand Sinsay (part of LPP clothing retailers group) is ready to inspire costumers in Eden Retail Park Zgorzelec.

The lease agreement with the brand was signed for a five-year term. The new Sinsay store will be approximately 1,140 sq.m. and plans to open its doors for visitors of the Retail Park already in the beginning of 2023. The assortment of the brand will be focused on women, men and kids fashion. Including clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories and make-up products, as well as household goods. Sinsay is a brand that stands out from the competition by offering the latest trends at attractive prices.

Cream Property Advisors supported the transaction and is an exclusive leasing agent of the retail park.

Eden Retail Park (GLA – 9,537 sq. m.) is located as part of a large shopping cluster in Zgorzelec, directly on the border with Germany and next to the German city of Görlitz – a major cultural and industrial center of the country. Its anchor tenants are well-known international and local brands such as: Decathlon (1,900 sq. m.), Jysk (1,400 sq. m.), Action (867 sq. m.), Chinski Market (1,344 sq. m.) and Komfort (565 sq. m.).

The Polish portfolio of Focus Estate Fund is represented by three more assets – Galeria Awangarda (6,056 sq.m), Galeria Sandomierz (4,382 sq.m) and the Turawa Park shopping cluster (35,401 sq. m), which was acquired by the Fund at the end of last year.
