Galeria Sandomierz on a zero vacancy by the end of 2019

Shopping Center Galeria Sandomierz (Sandomierz, Poland), acquired by Focus Estate Fund in 2016, continued to qualitatively update its tenant mix and showed zero vacancy in 2019.
In particular, new lease agreement was signed with the famous world brand Big Star (fashion clothes, shoes, accessories), as well as with the companies HALLOO (service for mobile devices) and Vision Express (multifunctional ophthalmological services). Contracts were extended with Wojas (shoes and accessories), Kolporter (the largest Polish press distributor) and DeFacto (clothes).
It is worth reminding that the rental area of the shopping center (GLA) is 4, 382 sq.m. Its anchor tenants are: Carrefour – grocery supermarket; RTV Euro AGD – electronics operator; CCC – clothing and footwear operators; Reserved; CROPP; Drogeria Natura – cosmetics and pharmacy.
Focus Estate Fund is a real estate investment fund with its headquarters in Kyiv (Ukraine), focusing on non-prime commercial real estate in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The fund plans to invest in the development of commercial real estate projects of medium format in the most dynamic markets of Eastern Europe in the amount of 50 million euros over the next 2 – 3 years.
